1. Overview

At Yluzarinvar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU / Netherlands Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the Netherlands, you have the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts, in principle for 14 calendar days without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Dutch law (among others, Sections 6:230n and following of the Dutch Civil Code).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (for example by email) sent to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

You may use the model withdrawal form published by the European Commission, but it is not obligatory. You can find information and the model form at the Commission’s consumer page (search for “model withdrawal form” on europa.eu consumer law resources).

Hygiene and sealed goods: For health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery (such as opened supplement packaging). Where the law allows withdrawal, you must return the goods in accordance with applicable statutory rules and our return instructions below.

3. Return Conditions (Commercial Returns and Statutory Returns)

Where a return is permitted (including after a valid withdrawal where applicable), the following conditions apply unless mandatory law provides otherwise:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging where required for hygiene and resale
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received, except to the extent you had to handle the goods to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning
  • All seals must be intact where applicable
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Requests for returns outside the statutory withdrawal process (if we offer them) must be made within 30 days of delivery unless we specify otherwise in writing

If you are exercising the 14-day statutory withdrawal, follow the timeline and effects described in Section 2 above; do not rely on the 30-day period as a substitute for the statutory deadline.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products that have been used or consumed
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Products that have been stored improperly

Exceptions may be made for products that arrive damaged or are defective upon receipt.

5. How to Return a Product

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at feedback@yluzarinvar.world to initiate a return. Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name and email address used for the order
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Product

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Please include the RMA number on the package.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Statutory withdrawal: Unless we have informed you otherwise before you complete your purchase and the law allows us to charge you, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods when you withdraw from the contract, unless we offer to collect the goods ourselves
  • Standard returns (non-statutory): Unless we agree otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective Products: We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged products where we are liable under applicable law
  • Wrong Products: We will cover return shipping costs if we sent the wrong product

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage until your refund is processed.

7. Refund Process

7.1 Inspection

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to verify that it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

7.2 Refund Approval

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification confirming the refund.

7.3 Refund Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days after approval

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.

7.4 Refund Amount

The refund will include:

  • The full product price
  • Original shipping costs (only if the return is due to our error or a defective product)

Return shipping costs paid by the customer are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. Keep all original packaging

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

9. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times can vary
  3. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at feedback@yluzarinvar.world

11. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Before Shipping: Contact us immediately, and we will cancel and refund your order in full
  • After Shipping: You will need to follow the standard return process once you receive the product

12. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including mandatory rules on distance selling and conformity of goods in the Netherlands and the EU. Provisions that would be unfair or void under mandatory consumer law do not apply.
